Currently having a good experience with Reloship while trying to move my possessions from Boston to the Middle East. Their team has been really good especially in their communication from Maud Marchand. Just had my effects picked up and while they only sent 1 person, the entire move went as good as you would hope. Sukumar from SFL worldwide was really considerate and careful with all my possessions.
Overall so far pleasant experience, would hire reloship again.
The company has a very clear presentation of the entire door to door process, explaining all the charges and forms one has to fill out. The employees are all very personable, open to questions, and importantly, they respond quickly even to email questions. Would definitely use again in the future.
The movement manager, Maud, has been extremely helpful. My move was rather quick and the entire team has accommodated every request in a way I couldn't imagine. I have been thoroughly impressed and the packing team was quite friendly and courteous.

I found RELOSHIP by chance, and I'm not disappointed. Hugo Delorme was a very good contact, explaining everything I needed to ship 400 kilos of boxes to Argentina. Then Maud took over regarding the handling of the boxes. Everything was quick. I'm very happy with this company.
My experience with Reloship for my international move was a pleasant one from start to finish. Any question that I may have had was answered quickly and clearly. Maud Marchand was my "concierge" of sorts and did an amazing job of guiding me through the process while also providing valuable suggestions and information to ensure that the process was stress free. I honestly wasn't sure what to expect with a move this far. Nikita was our customer success and she was just always there, phone, email, chat, didn't matter. The guys who packed our flat were fast and careful and nothing was broken when it arrived. USA customs was apparently a nightmare for my colleague who used someone else. Ours cleared in a day. Very happy.
Shipping your accumulated possession of 20 years internationally, is never not going to be fraught with anxiety and actually speed bumps, so choosing the right shipping company is important, and something that needs to involve plenty of consideration and due diligence. In our case, we feel that we got all of that right because the service given by Reloship has been as they described it would be. The staff members assigned to me all did they roles as required, in that emails were followed up and telephone conversations happened as promised. The team that turned up to pack up the boxes and 'count them out the door', were excellent. They were communicative, and pleasant in all their interactions. One small issue was that they didn't have enough 'hands on deck' from the start, which meant that not all our packages were ready prior to being loaded onto the trucks, requiring the final packing to be done at their warehouse. That being said, they followed up and supplied the completed inventory as promised. Now, we wait for all our stuff; goods, and chattels to appear which I am confident will all go just as smoothly... Watch this space!
Moving as a family, with all that entails! Toys, furniture, tons of clothes, and 20 years' worth of belongings. Matta was our coordinator and she always responded quickly, even on weekends. The customs paperwork was flawless, no problems whatsoever. We highly recommend them.
My experience with Reloship has been outstanding (though I have to mention that until the writing of this feedback the luggage is only sent out, yet to arrive). But regardless, one can see the professionalism, efficiency and customer friendliness of this company. The processes are very well defined such that the customer does not have to worry at all. Right from the offer stage, Elias Hassan was responsive, accommodating and respectful. I had to book on short notice but that was never a problem. Once the booking was done, Maud took over with the same friendliness and professionalism. Since the timelines were tight, I might have lost my patience at times but Maud was always supportive and understanding. I feel guilty for not asking and remembering the names of the packing team but it was a super experienced lot , extremely efficient and good-natured. But somehow I could not figure out what language did they speak :-), even though they said German and English, I couldn't understand either, not that it was a problem on the contrary it led to some funny incidents between two parties speaking approximately two languages. I can recommend Reloship strongly and I am sure the luggage will be returned to me with the same enthusiasm, efficiency and friendliness. Thank you !!

We moved three of our engineers internationally to Toronto and I was bracing for chaos. It wasn't. One coordinator per person, timelines that were announced were held, and when one of them had to push his move back two weeks last minute it was sorted with one email. Maud handled ours and she was brilliant. Will definitely use Reloship again for the next round of transfers!
The packers and movers were on time. They were very professional in how my items were packaged. They packed so that space was saved and I did not have to get a larger container! Excellent job!!

A good service and very good communication. Packing was on time, well packed and arrived safely. A bit of a hassle around the paper work for the US. Costs were clearly itemised, even the variables I will use them again for my next move.

An excellent service throughout from Maud, our coordinator, to the excellent packing team who carried out a very good process of wrapping and packing. Reloship is quite an expensive service, but, now we know why.
